Every class at Acres of Fun is named for an animal your child will come to love, each with a curriculum suited to their age and stage.
Play Group (Bear)
Gentle first steps away from home: sensory play, songs, and simple routines in a warm, watchful setting.
Nursery (Deer)
Montessori materials, phonics and guided reading begin here, alongside plenty of hands-on discovery.
Kindergarten (Lion)
Structured lessons in literacy, numbers and the world around us, always balanced with active play.
Pre-Primary (Tiger)
Confidence-building and formal-learning readiness, preparing every child for a strong start in Year One.
A place where every child is known
We follow the EYFS/Montessori philosophy and Project-Based Learning, integrated with the English National Curriculum, but what parents feel first is the warmth of our staff and how closely we watch over every child.
- Safe, secure indoor & outdoor spaces with an always-supervised code of conduct.
- Daily observations logged and shared with parents through the Illumine app.
- An open-door policy, so parents are always welcome to observe and ask questions.
